- Title 24 HERS / ECC Rating Testing. Same-day field results. CF1R / CF2R / CF3R included.
- Quality Insulation Installation (QII). Insulation and air-barrier verification before drywall, per Title 24 RA3.5.
- Permit Expediting. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing. We know your city.
- Final Inspections & Closeout. City inspector + homeowner coordination, homeowner pre-brief, HERS test & packet handoff, single-story ladder drop when access is needed, permit closeout confirmed.

What areas does ERE Inspections serve?
We cover all of Orange County, Los Angeles County south of Santa Clarita and the Angeles National Forest, the western Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties west of Beaumont), and Ventura County including Simi Valley. If your city is listed on this page we run it weekly.
Do you charge extra to travel to outlying cities?
We quote a fixed price per project rather than billing travel by the mile, and we run every county on this page on a weekly schedule, so distance rarely changes the number. Call (310) 807-4800 and we'll quote your address up front.
How fast can you get to my site?
Most areas get a slot the same week, and our South Bay home turf around Redondo Beach is typically the fastest. Passing HERS / ECC results are registered with CHEERS the same business day, so your final inspection isn't waiting on paperwork.
My city isn't listed. Do you still cover it?
Probably. The city and county pages here are our highest-volume jurisdictions, not the limit of our coverage across Southern California. Tell us the address and we'll confirm before you book.
