The Site is operated by ERE Inspections, a California provider of Title 24, HERS, and CF1R energy compliance services. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current state of California energy code or your specific project requirements.

3. Not legal or code-compliance advice

Content on the Site is informational only and does not constitute professional advice. California energy code is complex and project-specific. Do not rely on Site content for compliance decisions. Engage a qualified Title 24 documentation author, HERS rater, or your local AHJ for project-specific guidance.

4. Engagement of services

Submitting a contact form, calling, or emailing ERE does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement specifying scope, fee, and terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ERE Inspections or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

When you submit information through the Site (for example, through the contact form), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use submitted information to respond to your request and to operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.
